Yesterday when I was at the car with Angel, we saw a rather nice looking young lad on the side street, reading a book while he was walking. Angel made a comment that perhaps I would want to date him and that we look good together because it seems that we both like reading so much. Not a bad idea...
I think that was last Tuesday when I was taking the train to work as usual and was reading a book to pass the time. I was so absorbed with it that I didn't even notice the train make stops and hear the conductor say where we were. When I noticed that I have been in the train long enough, I glanced up to see where I was and I saw bushes of pink flowers where the train stopped. I've been taking the train for months now and now every city that we pass by heart. And this one was really unfamiliar. Then the conductor announced that we were already in Burlingame, the next city after San Mateo where I was supposed to get off and it would only stop in San Bruno, the third city after. Goodness, I'm thankful that I always take the earlier train or else I would be late so I took the next train on the way back after about three minutes.
I realized that it's not that bad missing my stop. Just imagine how predictable my routine have become. So it would be nice to get off in a city and see people that I do not know.
