In my line of work, I talk to customers everyday giving them the information they need, help them solve their problems and most of the time, let them vent out on us. There are those occasional customers who call in about once a month giving us suggestions on how to run the store or complain about the same old thing that has no solution because we also have our limitations eventhough we want to be the best and because they're just plainly over-demanding.
So there was one caller asking me the procedure on how to do the mail-in rebate because he just realized that no one at the store explained it to him. So I told him on how to go about it and when everything was clear, he said to me "Thank you and have a nice life." That's when I realized that he's right. There's just this one point in our lives where our paths would meet and there is a need for the other person for the other to go on doing what he has to do. I just realized that while I'm here everyday doing the same thing, he is like another person on the road that passed me by. It's just something that gave me another picture of how life is really like a journey.
